Placing Paws has many
volunteer oportunities available

How can you help?

Fostering:
We are always in need of foster homes
Read about Fostering

Transport:
Most of our animals come a long way to enjoy safety.
Their long journeys are broken up into "legs".
We freqeuntly need help getting them from the
last stop of the transport.
Most transports are within 1 to 1.5 hours of Mundelein.

Adoption Events:
Dog handlers are always needed at events.
Helping foster parents get animals to and from
events is also needed.

Donations:
Placing Paws is always in need of
financial contributions to help
cover medical expenses.
Other items that are always needed are:
Gas cards, blankets, crates, toys, dog and cat food,
collars, leashes, dog and cat shampoo,
Frontline & Heartguard

PPI does not turn away animals that
need extra medical attention.

Our friend Lotto will be celebrating his 10th birthday. There will be raffles, venders, food, fun and a Doggie Wash.
Cost of dog wash
will be $20.00.
First come first served
Proceeds will be shared between Placing Paws and Canine Cancer Research in loving memory of Ruby

Do you need assistance with pet vaccinations?
The Lake County Health Dept. / Community Health Center periodically provides low-cost pet vaccination clinics.
